The Green Party of Quebec is now looking for interns in human relations to reinforce our recruitment strategy and our presence on social networks ahead of the 2026 general election in Quebec.
This is a unique professional opportunity to actively contribute to the fight to protect the environment, to social justice and to renew Quebec’s democracy. This intern will be an important part of the team by helping to find potential new candidates to join the party prior to the election.
We are looking for rigorous, independent and well-organized people, that wish to concretely contribute to the success of our political party.
Key responsibilities
Under the supervision of the leader of The Green Party of Quebec and in collaboration with the rest of the team, the intern will:
- Help identify pertinent profiles related to candidacies for the elections on LinkedIn.
- Conduct targeted sourcing using defined criteria.
- Directly contact potential candidates on LinkedIn.
- Ensure rigorous follow-ups and reminders to the profiles contacted.
- Participate to the development and the expansion of the party’s network on LinkedIn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Student, recent graduate or any person with an interest in human resources.
- Excellent skills in written communications (french and english).
- Capacity to establish remote professional relations.
- Independence, rigor and adherence to deadlines
- Strong interest in environmental and social issues.
- Capacity to work independently with clear objectives.
Knowledge of Quebec’s political climate is an asset but not an obligation
Position Summary
- Contract length: 12 weeks
- Full time or Part-time (to determine)
- Location: potential remote work (with meetings in Montreal)
- Internship can be credited (depending on the establishment)
