2026 Program, The New GREEN Plan

Published on September 2, 2026, the New Green Plan 2026 presents the Green Party of Quebec’s 2026 election platform. This platform proposes an ecosocialist transformation of Quebec grounded in environmental protection, social justice, peace, democracy, and the strengthening of public services. Facing the housing crisis, the rising cost of living, climate change, and the deterioration of public services, the Green Party is putting forward ambitious and concrete solutions: free public transit, more affordable housing, public grocery stores, massive investment in the ecological transition, strengthened health care and education, biodiversity protection, and a more equitable redistribution of wealth.
