You cant do both Justin! Either you are going to stand up and protect the BC coast from oil spills by taking a stance against pipelines and super tankers or you are going to make major environmental sacrifices on behalf of all Canadians so that the Alberta Government can attempt to maintain a failing and outdated fossil fuel based economy that even the private sector is increasingly hesitant to invest in!
Carbon taxes are designed to reduce emissions. Not to be used as talking points to justify emitting more CO2!
