Sitting behind her Green Party lectern on the lawn of the Saint-Jérôme hospital, in front of the emergency entrance, candidate Annabelle Desrochers makes a sad assessment.
“The problem with the Saint-Jérôme hospital is much more than an overflowing emergency room. It’s an outdated facility, inadequate for its current clientele, staffed by personnel on the verge of exhaustion who have to deal with inadequate space, equipment and facilities.”
