Alex Tyrrell Announces Support For Construction of Quebec City Metro System

Alex Tyrrell and Green Party candidates for the Quebec City region hold a press conference calling for the construction of a Metro in Quebec City in order to reduce trafic congestion, the use of fossil fuels and never ending road expansion projects.
