This afternoon, I participated in a demonstration against Canada’s purchase of fighter jets in front of the office of Federal Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault in Montreal.
The federal Liberal government wants to spend $19 billion on fighter jets. The life-cycle cost will be over $77 billion. That’s over $2,000 for every person living in Canada.
Canada must say NO to the purchase of new fighter jets, NO to war and YES to PEACE!
